Return & Exchange Policy

At TechCore – اساس التقنية, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

 

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• A proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used.

• Products damaged due to misuse.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
