NUMO | نُمو
A Saudi platform that helps parents see what suits their child’s age each day: short activities, a development timeline with general guidance, and appointment reminders. The current version is in beta and covers birth to 24 months.
The problem
Information about child development is plentiful and scattered, much of it unreliable or comparing children in ways that cause worry. Appointments and notes get lost across apps and paper.
The solution
A daily dashboard for each child that calculates age exactly (with corrected age when a professional advised it), suggests one or two activities that fit their age and the family’s interests, shows what many parents notice at that stage and when to talk to a professional, and keeps reminders the parents add. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t invent vaccination dates, and labels content “needs review” until a professional reviews it.

Verified outcomes
- 8 tests for age calculation and content integrity, 10 server tests including blocking access between families, and 77 browser checks in both languages on phone and desktop, all passing in the test environment.
How it works
Trust before features
- Current content is an editorial draft, labeled “needs review” until a pediatric professional reviews it.
- The official vaccination schedule is not included yet; it will be added as versioned content with sources and verification dates after checking it against Ministry of Health guidance.
- What parents record is clearly shown as parent-reported, not a medical record.
How it is built
- Plain JavaScript interface, fully right-to-left in Arabic and left-to-right in English.
- Cloudflare Pages Functions and a Cloudflare D1 database, with access checked on the server for every request.
- One TechCore account works in NUMO, QARAR and Wijha.
